problems with ChexSystems within the past three years and have been
able to open a new checking account until now. It has been so bad
before this month, 12/03. I had a savings account with my work credit
union, however, because I was on ChexSystems I was not issued an
ATM card. You can only imagine what a headache it was to go to the
bank every time I needed to complete a transaction. I brought all the paperwork I received to bank, but was still nervous when I found out that all new accounts were verified through ChexSystems. I gave the branch manager my paperwork printed from my online application. When he entered my information into their system it was accepted and he presented me with a new checkbook and new account number. He even indicated that I will be receiving a new VISA check card as well within the next 5 to 7 business days. I also was able to open savings account with that same bank. at most banks because of disputed bank fees that were included in

I had a problem 3 years ago where I didn't get a deposit to the Credit Union in time and they closed my account. I ended up sending a (using a PassChecking dispute form) letter to the Credit Union (cc'ing it to my lawyer to look good) explaining that I have information proving that the Credit Union themselves are able to remove the record. About 2 months later, I ordered another report from ChexSystems and the record was gone!!! I called my current Credit Union, who had recently denied me a checking account, and they ran my name and approved me for a full account! Anyway,
